On December 23, 2025, in Liaoning, China, a traffic police officer was filmed helping a small dog cross a busy road after the animal approached him. After carrying the dog to safety, the officer returned to direct traffic, with the dog following him back into the intersection and staying by his side.

On November 24, 2025, in Qinghai, western China, a touching moment warmed the cold winter day. At an intersection, a traffic police officer noticed a tiny kitten trying to cross the zebra line. He slowed down the traffic and patiently waited as the kitten trotted behind him, safely making it to the other side. Only after confirming the kitten was out of danger did the officer signal the vehicles to proceed. Drivers and passersby were moved by his kindness, praising him online as “the warmest policeman in winter.”
